About The Position
Team Nexa Insurance Solutions is expanding and looking for licensed life insurance agents who are ready to operate as true independent contractors (1099) — not employees. This is a business opportunity, not a job, offering control over your schedule, production, and leads. The focus is on helping agents build profitable, sustainable businesses rather than dependency. This opportunity is commission-based and requires agents to be responsible for their own lead generation and activity. It is not suitable for individuals seeking hourly pay, hand-holding, or a traditional job structure.
Requirements
- Licensed life insurance agent.
- Willing to operate as an independent contractor (1099).
- Willing to invest in yourself and your business.
- Must be coachable, disciplined, and results-driven.
