Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in life insurance or financial services
  • Strong sales background with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to analyze data and implement effective sales strategies
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to lead a remote team successfully

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to enhance results
  • Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture
  • Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet goals
  • Monitor team performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Lead by example by engaging in sales activities and client interactions
  • Ensure high-quality client interactions and satisfaction
  • Support sales representatives in navigating complex client needs
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
  • Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques and industry best practices
  • Keep the team informed on regulatory updates and company policies
  • Identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching for improvement
