Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- valid lifeguard certification
- CPR certification required
- First Aid certification required
- strong written and verbal skills to communicate with colleagues and diverse groups
- ability to work collaboratively and effectively as a team member
- maintain confidentiality
- strong ability to give corrective direction when necessary
Responsibilities
- Maintain constant physical, mental readiness and supervision of students and residents in the pool area and act immediately and appropriately to secure safety in the event of an emergency.
