The Life Enrichment Specialist serves as a key resource for communities by providing Life Enrichment leadership coverage during vacancies, leaves of absence, and transitions. This role ensures continuity of resident engagement, maintains quality programming, and supports operational success while communities recruit and onboard permanent Life Enrichment Directors. In addition to providing coverage, the Life Enrichment Specialist is responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring newly hired Life Enrichment Directors. The specialist serves as the organization's TSO Champion and Dementia Champion, leading best practices in resident engagement, Memory Care programming, staff education, documentation, and social media storytelling. Through hands-on support, training, audits, and quality improvement initiatives, the Life Enrichment Specialist helps elevate Life Enrichment programs, empower care teams, and create exceptional resident experiences across all communities.
