About The Position

The Part-Time Life Enrichment Leader, working 28 hours per week, will lead the planning and daily implementation of a well-rounded activity program that supports residents’ intellectual, social, spiritual, creative, and physical well-being through both group and individual engagement. This role involves collaborating with residents, families, volunteers, and team members across departments to create meaningful experiences, maintain activity calendars and displays, and foster a warm, engaging environment throughout the community. Additionally, the Life Enrichment Leader will support program quality and compliance by assisting with documentation, budgeting, regulatory standards, and communication with leadership regarding resident needs, program updates, and opportunities for improvement.
