About The Position
As a Life Enrichment Lead at Dove Healthcare - Rutledge Home, you will bring joy to residents' days by planning and carrying out engaging activities such as crafting, gaming, visiting, hosting parties, making treats, and going on trips. The role involves helping to meet the social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and therapeutic life enrichment needs and interests of residents, and promoting opportunities for a successful and well-balanced leisure lifestyle. Personalized paid training will be provided.
Requirements
- Full-time availability, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in recreation and/or working in an assisted living residence or skilled nursing center.
- Experience as a CNA or resident assistant.
