The Life Enrichment Director plans and coordinates a variety of social events to provide a vibrant and active community life for our residents. Some of those activities include: Determine resident program preferences, talents, and needs through resident feedback, new resident orientation, resident council meetings, and communication with resident families. Plan daily and weekly programs to engage residents in the community, meeting their social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Assist in planning programs and events that encourage prospective residents to engage in community life and participate in various activities.
