About The Position
White Oak Manor of Lancaster is seeking a Full-Time Life Enrichment Director who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This role involves assisting with planning and leading group and individual activities, encouraging resident participation and social engagement, and supporting special events, holidays, and community outings. The director will work closely with the Life Enrichment Director and care team and maintain activity documentation. The position offers a rewarding role making a meaningful difference every day.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Compassionate, energetic, and resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be available to work weekends and occasional evenings
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care or activities preferred
