About The Position

As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you'll play an important role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents. From leading engaging activities and special events to encouraging participation and meaningful social connections, you'll help create a welcoming and vibrant community where residents feel valued, supported, and connected. Requirements

• Positive, energetic, and compassionate personality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to assist residents during activities and events
• Completed the 36 hours Life Enrichment Coordinator course and/or have 2 years related experience
• High personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image

Nice To Haves

• Experience in activities, recreation, healthcare, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging daily activities and events
• Develop monthly activity calendars
• Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships
• Coordinate outings, special events, and holiday celebrations
• Collaborate with residents, families, volunteers, and team members
• Maintain activity records and required documentation
• Ensure activities meet the interests and needs of residents
