About The Position
The Addison of Sandy Springs, a premier retirement community in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, provides quality care to residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role involves interacting with residents, families, staff, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner, ensuring residents are free from abuse, supporting their independent recreation based on individual preferences, and ensuring their right to make personal choices in agreement with their service plan. The position also requires attending all in-service education programs mandated by Sonida Senior Living (SSL), State, and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
- Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physical, verbal and sexual).
- Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
- Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
- Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
