About The Position

CountryHouse 3 in Lincoln, NE, an Agemark Senior Living community, is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to create meaningful experiences and memorable moments for our residents. Join a Certified “Great Place to Work” and be part of a team recognized as one of the nation’s top Assisted Living providers! Days of the week are Sunday-Thursday. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping residents live purposefully, stay active, and feel connected every day.

Requirements

  • Passionate about making a difference in seniors’ lives.
  • Positive, energetic, and excited to create fun, meaningful experiences.
  • Team-oriented and ready to support coworkers and residents alike.
  • Clear and effective in English communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Comfortable learning to drive a passenger van and transporting residents safely.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Minimum age 21.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than two violations in the past year).

Responsibilities

  • Design Fun & Engaging Activities: Plan and lead events, games, and programs that encourage participation and joy.
  • Build Personal Connections: Learn residents’ stories, hobbies, and passions to create personalized experiences.
  • Support Your Team: Jump in wherever needed to help staff and make the community feel like home.
  • Plan Outings & Adventures: Organize trips and excursions to engage residents with the wider community.
  • Drive Residents Safely: Operate our community vehicles for outings and appointments (training provided).
  • Use Technology to Engage: Share activities and community highlights via social media and internal platforms.
  • Lead with Compassion: Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and care in every interaction.
