Life Enrichment Coordinator for Enhanced Care
About The Position
The Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and coordinates a variety of programs to provide a vibrant and engaging life for our Enhanced Care (memory Care) residents. Courtyard at Jamestown is an enhanced care community in Provo, Utah, dedicated to providing personalized support in a warm, engaging, and home-like setting. We specialize in both assisted living and memory care, offering a higher level of individualized attention for residents who benefit from additional daily support while maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life. Our compassionate team is committed to creating meaningful connections with each resident, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met with respect and consistency. Requirements
- 2+ years of activity programming experience.
- 1+ years of leadership experience, in senior living preferred.
- A love for seniors!
- Highly organized and great time management skills
- Energetic, engaging, and caring personality
- Ability to connect with people
Responsibilities
- Determine resident program preferences, talents, and needs through resident feedback, new resident orientation, and communication with resident families.
- Plan daily and weekly programs to engage residents to meet their social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Assist in planning programs and events that encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and see the value and benefit our community can offer them.
