About The Position

At CountryHouse Lincoln III, an Agemark Senior Living community, we believe every day should be filled with laughter, purpose, and meaningful moments. We're looking for an energetic, creative Life Enrichment Coordinator who loves bringing people together, thinking outside the box, and creating experiences our residents will never forget. Whether you're planning a themed party, leading an exercise class, organizing an outing, or simply spending time getting to know residents, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference every single day.

Requirements

Passion for enriching the lives of older adults.
Positive, outgoing, and creative personality.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple activities and events.
Comfortable driving a community passenger van (training provided).
Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends for special events.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than two violations within the past year).

Responsibilities

Plan and lead engaging activities, events, games, entertainment, and celebrations that encourage connection and fun.
Get to know each resident's interests, hobbies, and life story to create personalized experiences they'll love.
Coordinate outings, scenic drives, volunteer opportunities, and special events that keep residents active and engaged.
Find creative ways to celebrate birthdays, holidays, milestones, and everyday moments.
Work alongside care, dining, and leadership teams to create a warm, welcoming environment throughout the community.
Capture special moments through photos and social media while celebrating life inside the community.
