- Support residents' spiritual, social, emotional, and physical well-being through engaging activities
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Create a welcoming and uplifting environment that honors each resident's dignity and individuality
- Demonstrate positivity, respect, and teamwork in all interactions
- Take initiative in problem-solving and continuously seek ways to improve the resident experience
- Follow safety and infection control procedures to ensure a secure environment
- Collaborate with all departments to provide the best possible care and services
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
