Requirements
- Must be flexible.
- Must be dependable, reliable and highly motivated.
- Must have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
- Some computer knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience working and interacting with families in a customer based Senior Living environment.
- Willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.
- Willing to drive a large van.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in Senior Living preferred.
- Some experience in activities and with dementia preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implements a wide array of programming for residents in our community and helps keep our residents engaged.
- Offers support in other departments within the community as needed.
- Completes required paperwork.
- Transports/escorts residents on community trips.
- Drives a large van.
