Life Enrichment Assistants bring joy and connection to residents' daily lives in both Assisted Living and Memory Care. From leading exercise classes and sing-alongs to brain games, art, sports, and reading groups — you'll help create the moments residents look forward to most. This role is a great fit for someone flexible, dependable, and energized by working with people.
Requirements
- Flexible, dependable, and a self-starter who works well under pressure
- Food Handlers Permit
- Able to lift/move at least 50 lbs, including tables and chairs, on a regular basis
Responsibilities
- Help plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate community activity programs
- Observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and engagement to help shape program improvements
- Involve residents and families in activity planning where possible
