Under the general direction of the Life Enrichment Director, the primary responsibilities include the overall enrichment of residents' lives. This role involves providing high-quality customer service, engaging with prospective residents, performing new resident orientations, and developing programs based on the Whole Person Wellness Model. The assistant will utilize iPads for resident enrichment and social media, manage seasonal decorations, and oversee the volunteer program. This position requires availability to work weekends and sometimes holidays for events, and professional representation of American House in community events.
