Requirements
- If you love helping others, enjoy being active, and thrive in a creative environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in recreation, activities, or healthcare preferred
Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, and leading daily recreational programs
- Encouraging residents to build friendships and participate confidently
- Coordinating special events, entertainment, and community outings
- Leading group exercises, games, and creative activities
- Visiting and engaging Residents who may be isolated or non-ambulatory
- Assessing new Residents’ interests and incorporating them into programming
- Documenting participation and Resident responses
- Supporting volunteers and collaborating with the care team
- Help maintain equipment
- Prepare weekly programming
- Ensure activities align with Residents’ interests and abilities
