About The Position

The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a Full-Time Life Enrichment Assistant to help create meaningful, engaging experiences for our residents. Requirements

A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for working with older adults.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to drive a passenger van.
Must be at least 21 years old.
A dependable, team-focused approach that reflects our EPIC ACTS values.

Nice To Haves

Experience in assisted living or senior care is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging activities, games, programs, and experiences residents look forward to.
Help residents get involved, build friendships, and enjoy meaningful moments together.
Assist with special events, celebrations, outings, and community traditions.
Bring fresh ideas and energy to programs based on residents’ interests and abilities.
Connect with residents, families, team members, and community partners.
Safely drive residents to outings and appointments as needed.
Help maintain activity spaces, supplies, calendars, and equipment.
