Under the general direction of the Life Enrichment Director, the Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for enriching the lives of residents. This role involves providing high-quality customer service, engaging with prospective residents, performing welcome orientations, and developing monthly programs based on the Whole Person Wellness Model. The assistant will utilize iPads for resident enrichment and social media, manage scheduling for weekend activities, and represent the company professionally. A key responsibility includes driving a 14-passenger bus for group events and personal appointments, requiring the attainment of a chauffeur's license within 90 days of hire. The role also involves updating decorations and overseeing the volunteer program, reporting any emergency situations to the Life Enrichment Director.
