About The Position

The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for implementing various social Life Enrichment for the social, physical, and mental welfare of the residents. The Trousdale is a world-class senior living community consisting of 124 assisted living and memory care units. Requirements

High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D.
Must be available to work part time, 24 hours a week, including weekends as needed.
Must possess a valid CA driver's license and be available to drive residents to outings as needed.
The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, COVID test, TB screen test and health screen.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working with the elderly in a recreational setting preferred.
Knowledge of Title XXII and OBRA preferred.
Understands the aspects of leading an activity.
