Under the general direction of the Life Enrichment Director, the Life Enrichment Assistant is primarily responsible for enriching the lives of residents in the Memory Care unit. This is a part-time position that requires a commitment to providing high-quality customer service and engaging residents in meaningful activities. The role involves coordinating programs based on the Whole Person Wellness Model, utilizing technology for resident engagement and community outreach, and representing the company professionally. Additionally, the position includes responsibilities for scheduling weekend activities, driving a passenger bus for resident transportation, updating decorations, and overseeing the volunteer program.
