- Experience in activities, recreation, or healthcare is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily activities, events, and social programs
- Leading and supporting activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, celebrations, and group events
- Spending one-on-one time with residents to ensure everyone has the opportunity for engagement
- Creating a warm, welcoming, and family-oriented atmosphere
- Completing one-on-one documentation according to CMS guidelines and regulations
