We are seeking a reliable, fun and outgoing Life Enrichment Assistant/Coordinator to join our team at a large skilled care facility in Colorado Springs. Requirements
- Valid Drivers License.
- Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure and be a self-starter.
- Able to move at least 50 pounds, including wheelchairs, tables and equipment on a regular basis.
Nice To Haves
- Valid Colorado CNA's Certificate
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of this community
- Transport residents to scheduled weekly outings via bus.
- Executing planned activities & completing one-on-one activities.
- Observe and document residents' attendance, mood and level of participation to evaluate the effectiveness of activities and monitor resident progress.
