About The Position

Astoria Senior Living in Omaha, NE is looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant who loves creating meaningful experiences and making every day special for seniors. Requirements

• Friendly, energetic, and comfortable engaging with residents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record with the ability to learn to drive a passenger van.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in assisted living or senior care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and lead activities, games, social events, and programs residents look forward to.
• Get residents involved, learn their interests, and create meaningful moments throughout the day.
• Assist with community celebrations, special events, and resident outings.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, families, team members, and community organizations.
• Help maintain activity areas, supplies, and equipment so programs run smoothly.
• Drive residents to appointments, activities, and outings as needed.
