About The Position

The Life Enrichment Assistant has the opportunity to positively affect the lives of residents on a daily basis. Life Enrichment Assistants are passionate about providing the highest quality services possible and exceeding the expectations of those they serve and work with. You will help plan and facilitate group programming, one on one interventions, etc to enhance quality of life.

Requirements

• Verbal communication skills
• Written communication skills
• Willingness to participate in educational sessions, in-service training, and demonstrations
• Basic knowledge of computers and iPads including Microsoft Word, Excel, and video calls
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in daily scheduling
• Positive outlook focusing on teamwork, integrity and collaborating with all departments and a "Yes I Can" attitude
• Current CNA license or willingness to obtain
• Clean driving record
• Ability to drive a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate group programming
