About The Position
The Life Enrichment Assistant in Memory Care @ The Cardinal at North Hills provides exemplary service to residents through presenting classes and instruction, coordinating events, and assisting with transportation as needed. Requirements
- Experience working in Memory Care or with people who have Dementia
- High school graduate
- One to two years of experience in wellness programs (preferably with seniors)
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree preferred
- First Aid Certification (helpful but we can assist)
Responsibilities
- Promote and monitor resident attendance and participation in all Wellness programs
- Teach and facilitate programs as appropriate
- Create a calendar or programs for the residents
- Coordinate with the other Heirloom Life Enrichment Associate for program planning
- Assist in setting up Wellness and community events
