About The Position

We are NOW HIRING for a Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) at our extraordinary community! This is an exciting opportunity to join our activities programming department and help enrich the lives of our residents daily! FULL-TIME, 10am-6pm Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Working at EPOCH Senior Living is rewarding and purpose-giving! We offer competitive pay and a generous benefits package for full-time team members that starts on the 1st of the month following the date of hire and 30 hours per week! We offer paid time off, sick time, 7 paid holidays and 3 floating personal holidays per calendar year.

Requirements

Must be creative, enthusiastic and outgoing.
Able to work independently.
Must be dependable, reliable and highly motivated.
Must have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
Some computer knowledge.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience working and interacting with families in a customer based Senior Living environment.
Must be willing to drive a large van.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in Senior Living preferred.
Some experience in activities and with dementia preferred.

Responsibilities

Implements a wide array of programming for residents in our community and helps keep our residents engaged.
Offers support in other departments within the community as needed.
Completes required paperwork.
Transport/escort residents on community trips.
