About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant/Driver to join their team. This role involves driving senior residents to various outings or appointments and assisting the Director of Life Enrichment with coordinating and facilitating activities and events for residents, both inside and outside the community. Requirements

• Commercial Driver’s License Class A or B, with P endorsement
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Driving residents in community vehicles to social events, various appointments, and special events
• Encourage resident socialization and participation in activities and events to minimize resident solidarity and promote a positive community environment
• Provide administrative duties to support the Life Enrichment team
• Provide event set-up support as needed for activities, concerts, etc.
• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with maintaining the Transportation Vehicle records.
• Manage driving time and clearly communicate with Life Enrichment Team, Concierge, and Residents.
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills
