Requirements

Compassion and empathy for seniors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and schedule multiple requests efficiently
A good driving record
Experience driving a 12-passenger bus

Responsibilities

Picking up cherished residents for group outings or medical appointments.
Serving as a trusted companion to residents during drives, sharing stories, laughter, and joy.
Making the world accessible to residents by turning every trip into an adventure, every outing into a memory, and every drive into a bonding experience.
Reflecting on the smiles brought, connections forged, and meaningful impact made on residents' lives at the end of each day.
