About The Position

Exciting opportunity at LindenGrove Mukwonago for a Life Enrichment Assistant (20 hours/week) in our Memory Care! This role involves planning and executing activities, maintaining activity areas, and ensuring resident well-being. The schedule alternates weekly: Week 1 is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Week 2 is Tuesday, Thursday. The hours are 8am-4:30pm, with occasional weekend work required. No holidays are expected.

• Free of police record related to misappropriation, abuse or other offenses prohibited by law.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Must have auto insurance with Marquardt minimum coverage requirements.
• Ability to efficiently utilize common word processing, electronic calendars, email and other required CPU programs.

Responsibilities

• Will report any unusual resident’s behavior and health concerns to nursing staff.
• Maintains order and cleanliness in activity areas.
• Identifies and attends appropriate approved educational in-services.
• Treats residents, family and staff with dignity and respect.
• Maintains confidentiality
• Researches and supports supply fulfillment for life enrichment activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
