About The Position

Other organizations sometimes call this role an Activities Assistant, but we believe this role deserves the very special title of Life Enrichment Assistant! At our community, our Life Enrichment Assistants play a key role in enriching our residents to live an active vibrant life! This role involves getting to know residents to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming. The assistant will promote and communicate community events, participate in and organize activities like games, painting, singing, and music, and utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
