Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and assist residents as needed
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and resident needs

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in senior care, activity coordination, or related fields preferred

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate a variety of recreational, social, and educational activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
Provide transportation for residents to appointments, outings, and community events in a safe and timely manner
Assist residents with mobility and activity participation, ensuring their comfort and safety
Maintain accurate records of activities and transportation schedules
Collaborate with staff and family members to develop personalized enrichment plans
Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety checks, and proper documentation for transportation services
Foster a positive, engaging, and respectful environment for residents
