About The Position
The Life Enrichment Aide assists with planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional, and spiritual programs for residents. Programs are provided in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan and as directed by the supervisor. This is a full-time opportunity at a skilled nursing facility in Morganton, North Carolina, with a first-shift schedule that may include some evenings. The wage is $14.00–$17.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional, and spiritual programs.
- Assist in implementing and evaluating programs in accordance with residents’ assessments and care plans and as directed by the supervisor.
