Requirements
- MUST have a current, Active MA CNA Certification
- Position requires upbeat, high energy and the ability to engage residents in activities!
- Moderate to advanced computer skills – specifically with MS Office including Work, Publisher, Outlook email, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1-year experience working in a Memory Care, Assisted Living or Long-Term care setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with providing engaging recreational and therapeutic activities that support residents' individual needs and care goals.
- Document participation and progress accurately.
- Assist with coordinating and supervising group activities, special events, concerts, and other activities, ensuring residents are safely escorted and actively engaged.
- Safely transport residents to recreational outings and appointments by driving community vans and assisting with resident transfers as needed.
