The Life Enrichment Director (LED) is responsible for coordinating, directing, planning, and conducting life enrichment and resident activity programs based on the Celebrations philosophy of wellness. This role involves planning and implementing monthly life enrichment calendars and newsletters, collaborating with the Community Relations Director, Wellness Coach, and Executive Director for special events and themes. The LED coordinates resident transportation, operates company vehicles, and utilizes Linked Senior technology for daily programming, encouraging independent resident usage and tracking engagement. The director develops person-centered programming, partners with the Expressions Director for specific neighborhood programming, and maintains the life enrichment budget, equipment, and supplies. Key responsibilities also include participating in resident service plan reviews, training staff on life enrichment and Linked Senior devices, recruiting and supervising volunteers, and developing community resources.
