Life Enrichment Assistant / Activities Assistant Iris Memory Care of Rowlett – Rowlett, TX Help Create Meaningful Days for Seniors Living with Dementia Iris Memory Care is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team in Rowlett, Texas. Our community specializes in caring for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and communicate with seniors living with dementia
• Creative, energetic, and team-oriented
• Must be able to pass background check and meet employment requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous senior living, memory care, activities, childcare, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred — but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with daily activities, events, games, crafts, music, exercise, and social engagement
• Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships with residents and families
• Support outings, special events, and holiday celebrations
• Assist with activity setup, decorating, organization, and cleanup
• Help maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the community
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, nursing staff, and leadership
• Adapt activities to meet the unique needs of residents living with dementia
