Under the direction of the Manager, Creditor Life and Disability Claims - Québec, the Bilingual Life & Disability Claims Examiner - Alberta is a client-facing position responsible for adjudicating creditor claims via telephone and email. Hours of work are 7:00am-4:00pm MT Monday to Thursday and 7:00am-3:00pm MT on Friday if you take 1 hour for lunch, otherwise you are looking at 7:00am 3:30pm MT Monday to Thursday and 7:00am-2:30pm MT on Friday.
