About The Position

Careington International is a benefit solutions-oriented company and a leader in discount health care since 1979. Our mission is to create discount health programs that are marketable to the employer, profitable to the provider, and economical for the member. Due to growing demand for our products and services, we are seeking innovators to join our fast-paced, forward-thinking team. We offer guaranteed commission during the initial three months of training, in addition to an hourly wage. We are based in Frisco, TX and offer a Hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office per week at our 6435 Flyers Way location in north Frisco, TX. Requirements

Group 1 Life & Health Licensed Agent
Interest and experience in both inbound and outbound sales calls
Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Applications
Ability to be Certified Agent for Medicare
Phone Sales Experience
Strong work ethic
Exert a high level of energy, drive and enthusiasm and possess a positive attitude while being a team player
Must be a self-motivator with a desire to add value to the day-to-day operations of the department
Commission Driven
Goal Oriented
Flexibility in scheduling
Must be able to accurately retain sales campaign knowledge and apply sales tactics that have been learned
Must have the ability to work independently and with others when appropriate
Impeccable communication skills – both written and verbal
Must have professional phone demeanor and superb listening skills
Must be extremely organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
Ability to easily adapt to departmental changes
Have a strong desire to meet the department’s overall goals

Responsibilities

Be a Group 1 Life and Health Licensed Agent with the ability to be Certified for Medicare
Efficiently handle a large quantity of inbound sales calls
Work in a fast-paced environment
Identify opportunities to sell, up-sell, and cross-sell Careington products
Ensure all phone calls are answered timely and that the caller’s questions are addressed completely
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all sales campaigns running through the H.P.S.U
Handle both insured and non-insured sales calls
Work with team to exceed sales goals set forth by management
