Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 1 year of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience.
• Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reductions-related matters.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and updates in Litify.
• Prepare and review closing statements and reductions-related documentation.
• Manage assigned files through resolution while meeting deadlines.
