About The Position
A distinguished Personal Injury Law firm in Beverly Hills, CA, is searching for a lien negotiator to help support a legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely follow-up and collection efforts, as well as reviewing accounts to determine the merit of collection efforts. The office has a great working environment and is an excellent opportunity as you will be working with serious cases with an excellent group of experienced lawyers in a family-like work environment. This is a high-energy, positive, productive, busy work atmosphere.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic office skills and computer literacy required
- Must be able to type 30 wpm
Nice To Haves
- Paralegal certificate a plus
- Experience with collections a plus
- Previous experience with Personal Injury Claims preferred
- Knowledge of settlement practices and collections procedures
- Spanish preferred
