LICSW Clinical Supervisor / Community-Based Mental Health Therapist
About The Position
Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) is seeking a full-time LICSW Board Approved Supervisor to join their growing team. This role supports the mission of being the provider and employer of choice for behavioral health care services. The position offers the opportunity for Clinical Excellence for Clinical Trainees, developing clinicians towards their LICSW and supporting more clients. This position will also involve maintaining a personal caseload of therapy clients. The role takes on a hands-on approach by meeting clients where they’re at, in their own environment, to connect with community members who may not have the resources to travel to a clinic.
Requirements
- LICSW-Board Approved Supervisor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mental stability and ability to model appropriate boundaries
- Timely, accurate submission of documentation of services and other documents as required
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance, plus a willingness to travel within the Twin Cities metro area

Responsibilities
- Supervise our Community-Based services program
- Maintain a clinical caseload and meet the expectations of a licensed therapist
- Provide weekly individual supervision and monthly group supervision to clinical trainees, including administrative supervision
- Be available for supervisees to support their growth and development in becoming LICSWs
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop custom treatment plans
- Develop therapeutic relationships to establish personal recovery goals, rehabilitative goals, and objectives with clients
- Collaborate and coordinate services with school staff, families or guardians of clients, case managers, and medical personnel
