Spectrum has been working since 1976 to strengthen children, families, and communities across Michigan, providing dignity and respect to all. Each day, over 1,450 children, teens, and adults facing mental, physical, emotional, and/or behavioral challenges receive help through Spectrum programs. Spectrum Child and Family Services specifically supports children and teens who are delinquent, neglected/abused, abandoned, medically fragile, multiple handicapped, dually diagnosed, and behaviorally and/or emotionally impaired. The programs aim to support a population with constantly changing needs, with the goal of strengthening and empowering families to become self-sufficient, stable, and competent. This role is for a social service professional dedicated to making a difference in the community by creating effective teams of professional case managers. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator who understands teams and is committed to excellence, with a firm understanding of DHHS licensing requirements.
