Overview: The Sales Director oversees a team of Sales Managers and Sales Associates who support licensing sales initiatives by client. The Director will develop and execute effective sales and prospecting strategies, build strong relationships with clients and licensees, and effectively manage the portfolio of clients. Team Management: Responsible for day to day management of Sales Managers and Sales Associates including mentoring and feedback to foster growth and development Collaborate with the head of sales to foster a positive team culture and provide support in building an effective sales team. Provide coaching and support to sales managers during deal negotiation and closing processes, as needed. Fostering trusted teamwork cross functionally, with management and with junior employees which includes communication, collaboration, empowerment, and inclusion
