Join the Oregon Landscape Contractors Board (LCB) as a Licensing and Outreach Specialist and play a key role in supporting safe, compliant, and successful landscape businesses across the state. In this role, you will coordinate the Board’s licensing program and serve as a primary resource for the public, current and potential licensees, and industry partners. You’ll help people navigate Oregon’s licensing requirements, strengthen community understanding through outreach, and support agency programs through clear communication and exceptional customer service. You’ll also lead bilingual (English/Spanish) engagement efforts, build partnerships with schools and trade groups, develop outreach materials, and help shape strategies that increase compliance and awareness statewide. This position combines education, customer service, program support, and community engagement in a dynamic and meaningful way.
