Position Overview: As a Private Duty LVN with Cheer Health Care, you will provide premium, personalized skilled nursing care to seniors and adults with complex needs in the peace and comfort of their own homes. Requirements
- Current, unrestricted California LVN license
- Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program
- 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Home Health experience preferred
- Proof of Negative TB result
- Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
- Current BLS certification
- Valid California drivers License and insurance
- Cell phone with internet access
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier, hands-on nursing interventions, including medication administration, wound management, and proactive monitoring of chronic health conditions.
- Work as a key liaison alongside physicians, physical therapists, and family members to execute a seamless, comprehensive plan of care.
- Guide and educate clients and their support systems on health updates, treatment protocols, and daily wellness strategies to provide ultimate peace of mind.
- Complete precise, compliant, and timely documentation detailing the client's progress and the specialized care provided during your shift.
