About The Position
NurseDash is expanding in Wichita Falls and is looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join their per diem team. Requirements
- Active LVN license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing setting
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility
- CPR certification preferred
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Provide direct patient care and support daily living needs
- Document care and medication administration accurately
- Support and follow individualized care plans
- Supervise and guide CNAs/caregivers as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
- Respond to emergencies and maintain a safe care environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
- Performs other LVN duties as assigned
