About The Position
Join our team and provide personalized in-home nursing care where your skills truly matter. We are looking for a comforting and patient LVN, female or male nurse, to provide one-on-one care for a 9-year-old male patient with autism. This role offers a flexible shift in a comfortable home setting, allowing for meaningful, quality time with your patient, unlike rushed facility shifts.
Requirements
- Active LVN license
- Current CPR certification
- Tracheostomy and Ventilator certification
Nice To Haves
- Compassion, professionalism, reliability
- Home health or shift care experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on nursing care in the patient’s home
- Monitor vitals, manage medications, and follow the care plan
- Provide comfort, safety, and support to the patient and family
- Document care accurately and promptly
