About The Position
McClure Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. AM, PM, and NOC shifts are available, providing flexibility for candidates seeking a schedule that best fits their availability. Requirements
- Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or physician
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Support infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team
