About The Position
Assisted is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a patient in Simi Valley. The patient is a fun individual in their mid-twenties. This role offers the opportunity to work with one patient at a time, with all shifts available (Day and Night, 12-hour shifts). Assisted was voted #1 Home Health & Hospice Agency by Ventura County Star.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited practical (vocational) nursing program.
- Licensed as an LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health nursing services.
- Communicate with RN Case Manager and physician, as appropriate, on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient's condition and/or needs.
- Assist the RN and/or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties.
- Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care.
